An Escapologist is someone who challenges others to tie him, cuff him, lock him or bind him in some way and will attempt to Escape. Escapologists may vary in the tools that they use to escape from (some specializing in a certain type of escape), but, most will generally escape from as many tools as possible. Levels of Escape vary from Easier escapes for Magic purposes to Extreme Escapes in which, most times, failure means death. Most Escape Artists or Escapologists (whichever term you prefer) tend to push themselves as close to the extreme as they can, while still keeping the safety factor into consideration. e s c a p o l o g i s t
